General Budget Timeline Information For Clubs (2024-2025)

1. The First Budget Deadline will be on February 2nd, 2025 at 11:59 pm. This deadline will be for ASWC Affiliated Clubs and Organizations who are submitting a budget of $10,000 and over. 

2. The Second Budget Deadline will be on February 17th, 2025 at 11:59 pm. This Deadline will be for ASWC Affiliated Clubs and Organizations who are submitting a budget of less than $10,000 but greater than $2,000. 

3. The Third and Hard Final Budget Deadline will be on March 3rd 2025 at 11:59 pm. This deadline will be for any ASWC Affiliated Clubs and Organizations who are submitting a budget of less than $2,000 dollars. 

If you are a club or organization that is submitting a budget and needs more time during the First or Second Budget Deadlines please email aswc_finance@whitman.edu. No exceptions will be made for any clubs and organizations who fail to submit a budget after the final budget deadline on March 3rd 2025 at 11:59 pm. 

Please ensure attendance is taken for all events and club activities as data on participation will be a big part of the budget evaluation process. Additionally, please ensure that the club or organization's leadership is current, as they will be contacted if there are any questions or concerns about the budget.
