Walla Walla Mutual Aid Network

Fundraising Campaign

ASWC, in partnership with several anonymous donors, is hosting a fundraiser aimed at raising at least $3,000 over the next two weeks for one of the leading local organizations addressing COVID-19: the Walla Walla Mutual Aid Network (WWMAN). Our anonymous donors will be matching up to $1,250 donated by students, staff, faculty, and alumni. 100% of all donations will go directly to WWMAN. The Walla Walla Mutual Aid Network is a coalition of nonprofits, over 150 volunteers, and community members coming together to help ensure that all are fed and have the ability to pay for and access other necessities during the COVID-19 crisis. At the moment, WWMAN is focused on offering $50 grocery runs, $50 monetary stipends, and errand runs for local families in Walla Walla, College Place, Milton-Freewater, Waitsburg, and Dayton. This is a time for Whitties to show up and demonstrate that they care about the Walla Walla community. Any amount you can donate will help to further the Walla Walla Mutual Aid Network’s mission. And if money is an issue, you can help by sharing this with your friends or by signing up to be a volunteer in their network!

Our goal is $3,000 in two weeks and we are extremely grateful to our anonymous donors for their matching gift!

Regardless of how far apart we are, we’re all in this together. #WhittiesForWallaWalla

Thank you, donors!
