The ASWC Sound & Lights Office offers full-service technical production for a variety of campus events including dances, speakers, concerts, and more. While we do charge for our services, ASWC significantly subsidizes the costs to provide an affordable service to Whitman students and groups.

ASWC Sound & Lights does not loan out equipment, cannot guarantee to support every event request, and cannot provide staging or power for events.

Instructional Multimedia Services (IMS) helps with setting up auditoriums like Maxey Hall, Cordiner, etc. Visit their website to viewing pricing, and complete the request form.

Staging is arranged through Conferences and Events. Power is arranged through the Student Activities Office (for Reid or Cordiner), or the Physical Plant.
